2. How We Use Your Information
Purpose:
We prepare a tailored, bespoke Talent‑Checks Report—our Registered Trademark that combines a background check and a social media scan—specifically designed to inform the casting process for commercial productions. This report is one component of the overall decision-making process and is used alongside other subjective factors when evaluating talent.Selection Process:
The production stakeholders may use the Talent‑Checks Report along with additional criteria in the hiring process. The Talent-Checks report itself does not determine the selection.No Credit Influence:
Our process does not involve reviewing or influencing your credit rating or credit worthiness.
3. Data Security
Encryption:
All data is encrypted during transmission and while stored, ensuring your personal information is protected.Data Destruction:
Your data is securely destroyed within six months—or sooner—after the Talent‑Checks Report is issued.No Third-Party Sales:
We never sell your personal data to any third parties after the report is generated.
4. Sharing Your Information
Report Distribution:
The finalized Talent‑Checks Report is provided directly to the production company that commissioned the service. Your personal information is shared only as necessary to support the casting process and in compliance with all applicable laws.Limited Sharing:
